About Wilson
Wilson Henry leads Bloc Cyber's cyber practice. For more than seven years he's worked alongside agencies, MSPs, and business owners on cyber risk — the fastest-moving corner of the industry and the one where policy language goes stale quickest.
His focus is cyber liability, technology E&O, underwriting strategy, and risk transfer. In practice that means evaluating a client's actual security controls, finding the gaps between their security posture and what the policy language will actually respond to, and building coverage that holds up when the claim arrives rather than coverage that reads well at binding.
He's direct about the economics. The cyber insurance gap is real and widening, and most of the uncovered exposure sits with the small and mid-sized businesses least able to absorb it. A ransomware event can run six figures. The policy that would have answered it often costs a few thousand.
Outside of work
Wilson is a Pittsburgh native who grew up around golf and worked as a golf pro before moving into cyber insurance. He's still on the course most weekends, and he's a Steelers fan every fall alongside his wife and kids.
