About Kenneth
Kenneth Coffey has spent more than two decades in insurance, focused on building employee benefits programs that hold up for the people they actually cover. He designs and implements benefits packages tailored to an organization rather than pulled off a shelf.
His view is that a well-built benefits program does real work — it shapes the work environment and drives engagement, rather than just filling a line in an offer letter. Before joining the Braly organization he held benefits management roles at established insurance firms.
Outside of work
Kenneth is active in community projects and initiatives. You'll find him exploring local coffee shops or taking in the city's cultural offerings, and he's a committed continuous learner.
