A specialty cyber agency built for regulated industries.

Bloc Cyber places specialty cyber and technology E&O programs for ten regulated industries — from community banks to CMMC-bound defense contractors. Independent, carrier-agnostic, and structured for real incident response.

“Most clients find out their policy has gaps at the worst possible moment. We sit with you, read the form, and make sure that moment never happens.”

Who we are

We were founded by the Braly family with a clear mandate: strip the mystery out of cyber policies, match carriers to the realities of each industry, and stay reachable the moment a client needs us. Our placement desk works with more than ten specialty cyber markets — including surplus-lines and MGA programs most generalist brokers don’t have direct access to.

Bloc Cyber is an independent insurance agency based in The Woodlands, Texas. We focus exclusively on cyber liability, technology errors & omissions, and the specialty coverages regulated businesses need to meet contractual and regulatory obligations — HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, NYDFS, FFIEC, FERPA, CMMC 2.0, and the state privacy laws stacking up across the country.

What we believe

01

Plain-language policies

A cyber policy is worthless if the client can’t read it. We translate every endorsement before you sign.

02

Industry-first underwriting

A hospital, a community bank, and a defense subcontractor have almost nothing in common. We don’t treat them the same.

03

Present at 2 a.m.

When an incident hits, you call a person — not a hotline. Claims and incident response sit with the same team that bound the policy.

Leadership

Built by the Braly family.
Run out of The Woodlands, Texas.

Bloc Cyber was founded by the Braly family to place specialty cyber and tech E&O programs for regulated industries. Direct-line service, deep carrier relationships, and a focus on the digital risks running under every modern business.

President

Mark Braly

Mark leads Bloc Cyber’s strategy and carrier relationships. Decades of leadership across insurance, brokerage, and risk management — focused on regulated-industry programs and building plain-language cyber coverage for clients who can’t afford to guess at their policy language.

“Cyber policies shouldn’t be a puzzle. Our job is to make coverage obvious, fast to bind, and present when a client needs to make a 2 a.m. call.”

Cyber Practice Lead

Caden Braly

Caden leads day-to-day placement, underwriting submissions, and client renewals. He runs the intake process, owns carrier relationships across cyber and tech E&O markets, and is the point of contact for claims and incident response coordination.

“Most clients find out their policy has gaps at the worst possible moment. We sit with you, read the form, and make sure that moment never happens.”

How we work

We run every engagement as a four-step process: a short intake call to understand your stack, contracts, and controls; a side-by-side benchmark of terms from ten-plus carriers; a plain-language policy review with recommended endorsements and limits; and ongoing renewal, claims, and M&A support with the same point of contact year after year.

“Most clients find out their policy has gaps at the worst possible moment. We sit with you, read the form, and make sure that moment never happens.”
