About Kendal
Kendal Thompson joined the team in 2024 and works as an Account Manager, partnering with clients to match coverage to what they actually need and keeping the process straightforward from first conversation through bind.
He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2026 after starting with the agency as an intern, and has built his approach around the part of the work that doesn't scale: knowing the account, returning the call, and making sure a client never has to chase an answer.
Outside of work
Kendal grew up in Friendswood, Texas, just south of Houston. He's a serious sports fan who rarely misses a Texas A&M game, and spends his free time with family, baking and cooking, or volunteering at assisted living facilities that specialize in Alzheimer's care.
