About Katherine
Katherine Rolfe leads Bloc Cyber's claims function. She brings more than two decades in the insurance industry and oversees the team responsible for moving a client from first notice of loss through resolution — coordinating carrier, client, counsel, and outside vendors so nothing stalls between them.
Her leadership style is strategic but hands-on. Before joining the Braly organization she held senior claims roles at established insurance firms, and across her career she has focused on rebuilding claims operations from the inside: tightening handoffs, removing bottlenecks, and raising what clients actually experience during a claim. That discipline matters more in cyber than anywhere else, where the first seventy-two hours largely determine the outcome.
Outside of work
Katherine is a committed advocate for community engagement and philanthropy, giving time to organizations focused on education, healthcare, and social welfare. She's an avid hiker and gardener, and a lifelong reader with a standing interest in literature and the arts — she's a regular at book clubs and cultural events.
