About Lauren
Lauren Miksch supports Bloc Cyber's client service desk. She started her insurance career during the summer of her senior year and went on to earn her degree and Personal Lines license, spending fifteen years with the agency before stepping away to raise her two daughters.
She returned after seven years and now handles the service side of client accounts — requests, documentation, and the follow-through that keeps an account moving between renewals. Clients consistently describe her as the person who treats them like a person rather than an account number.
Outside of work
Lauren moved to North Texas from Pennsylvania at a young age and still calls it home. When she's not working, she's outdoors with her family at local libraries and parks.
